We know that as a nurse you’re making a difference to somebody, somewhere every day. We are too. Whether it’s greeting a patient with a smile, offering some words of reassurance or holding a patient’s hand during surgery – we know it’s the little things that our patients’ treasure. We cherish these moments too. We have busy clinic lists and our days are fairly structured, but seeing a patient leave with a smile on their face never gets old.

Work-life balance

We love what we do, but we’re pretty big on that whole work-life balance thing too. 4-day shifts – no evenings and 1 in 4 weekends. Do we need to say anymore?
