There every step of the way

As a HCT you are a vital member of our ophthalmic team. You’re supporting our patients every step of their journey, from the nerves at the pre-op and on their surgery day, to the joy at the post-op. We are a busy team and your role is vital to ensure our clinics run smoothly and offer a great service to our patients.

Work-life balance

We love what we do, but we’re pretty big on that whole work-life balance thing too. 4-day shifts – no evenings and 1 in 4 weekends. Do we need to say anymore?
