We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to join our busy team based in our Bolton Head Office As an Admin Assistant, reporting to the Patient Administration Manager you will work as part of a team of two to support in delivering a high-quality service to our Patients providing administration support to the Referrals Team.

Provide full administration support to Referrals Team including:
Use of NHS and SpaMedica Database
Printing letters and ensuring accuracy
Organise the posting of letters to Patients
Crosschecking patients against the patient list to ensure all patient letters have been captured and completed
Organise the posting of specific patient information booklets to patients
Work within agreed timeframes
Completing ad hoc duties as required and directed by Patient Administration Manager
The successful candidate will be given a Smart card to access the NHS Database, in conjunction with these the candidate will be shown a short presentation on the strict use of a Smart Card and sign to agree to the restricted access
